RESPECT PROCEDURE

The following RESPECT procedure applies to BVPR:

Where a minor RESPECT issue arises this should be dealt with on the spot by the Coach. If the issue is with one of the Coaches then the issue should be reported to the Welfare Officers.
Where a more serious issue occurs, and it is a first issue, the player, parent/guardian, or other person should report this to the Manager and Welfare Officers who together with the committee will agree appropriate action following FA guidance
Where a more serious issue occurs, and is a second or part of an on-going issue, the issue should be reported to the Welfare Officers who, together with the committee, will decide on the appropriate action(s) along following guidance from the FA
The Welfare Officers will maintain a record of all issues, actions agreed and taken
